How it works

In and out in a second

In and out in a second

A door terminal on any tablet or computer — or the app on the employee’s phone. The system sets the time, not a person.

  • Tap the card — clocked in; forgot the card — type a personal code.
  • From the phone — right at the site, no terminal needed.
  • No network — the clock-in is kept on the phone and sent once there is a connection.
A terminal with a service mode

A terminal with a service mode

Cards can be bound or unbound at the terminal without typing an email and password on the tablet: the accountant switches the service mode on in the cabinet.

  • It can be switched on only after confirming the password in the cabinet; the mode lasts 30 minutes.
  • The terminal shows a bar “Service mode until HH:MM · Exit”; it can be switched off from the terminal or from the cabinet.
  • Every switch-on, switch-off and action in this mode is written to the log.
The timesheet adds itself up
The timesheet adds itself up

The timesheet adds itself up

Hours, overtime and holiday pay — by your company’s rules. The accountant edits a shift, the employee sees what changed and why.

  • Month closing and payslips — by email and in the app.
  • A ready payroll file for Tripletex and PowerOffice Go.
  • Export for Excel and print — in one click.
Weekly shift plan

Weekly shift plan

A week as a table: people in rows, days in columns. Employees see their shifts on the phone.

  • Copy last week with one button.
  • Vacation and sick leave show right in the cell — nobody gets a shift while away.
  • Plan vs. actual: late arrivals and no-shows for the month.
Open shifts and swaps

Open shifts and swaps

Post a shift with no one on it — for the whole firm or for a category. People ask for it in the app or offer a swap, and you decide.

  • Requests sit above the week plan, grouped by shift: how many places and how many people want it.
  • Before you decide you see the person’s week hours “before → after”, overlaps, rest between shifts and an “unavailable” mark.
  • A swap is approved only with the “this shift will be freed” box ticked; decided requests stay in the “Decided” list.
One “Needs a decision” queue

One “Needs a decision” queue

Everything waiting for your word in one list and one number in the menu: shift requests and swaps, clock-out times and manual hours from the phone.

  • The longest-waiting is on top; the “Open” button takes you to the right request.
  • Manual hours from the phone do not count until you decide; the worker sees “awaiting a decision”, and the reason if you reject.
  • The count shows in the cabinet menu and in the bottom bar on the phone.
Vacation and sick leave without the back-and-forth

Vacation and sick leave without the back-and-forth

The employee requests it in the app, the accountant decides with one button and sees everyone’s remaining vacation.

  • Vacation, self-certified and doctor’s sick leave, time off.
  • Remaining vacation — by the company country’s norm.
  • A closed month can’t be changed after the fact.
Hours by site

Hours by site

Building sites, warehouses, shops: people pick the site when they clock in, and the accountant sees the hours spent on each.

  • The site is picked in the app with one tap.
  • Clock-in location — only if the company turned it on, and only at the moment of the tap.
  • Each shift has a map link: where they clocked in and out.
Expenses with receipts

Expenses with receipts

The employee snaps the receipt on the phone, the accountant approves or rejects — no paper, no forwarding.

  • Receipt, amount and purpose — in one entry.
  • The accountant sees straight away where a receipt is missing.
  • The employee sees the decision and the reason in the app.
Rules and settings in one place

Rules and settings in one place

Everything that affects hours and money: lunch, overtime, thresholds, language, editing from the app. For the whole firm, a category or one person.

  • Every value says where it comes from: the person, the category or the firm.
  • What is not set at a level is inherited from above; an exception for one person is visible right away.
  • “How it will be counted” and “What if…” show the calculation on the last shift and on hours you type in, saving nothing.
The “Time record” document for Norway

The “Time record” document for Norway

A separate file under Arbeidsmiljøloven § 10-7: what and when a person worked — with no money, taxes or rates.

  • Start and end, breaks from–to and kind (working or rest), night and Sunday; an automatic lunch deduction is marked “deducted by the rule, not recorded”.
  • It shows where each entry came from (terminal, phone, cabinet, plan) and who edited it; shifts awaiting a decision are not included — a line says so.
  • Per person or per firm for a month, as CSV for Excel; the export asks for the password and is written to the log.

Fits the laws of your country

Rules, languages and reports adapt to the company’s country — not the other way round.

A payroll file for your accounting

Close the month, download the file: hours, overtime and holiday pay are already split by pay type. For example, for Tripletex and PowerOffice Go.

Everyone in their own language

Each employee and the accountant use the interface in their own language.

Country rules

Vacation by the law of the company’s country, checked tax numbers, self-certified and doctor’s sick leave.

A timesheet for the labour inspection

Overtime is shown with its start and end, night and Sunday hours separately.

Fits your kind of work

Construction

Clock in by phone right at the site, hours by site, location only with consent.

Warehouse and production

A card terminal at the door: the queue moves in seconds, overtime adds itself up.

Shops and cafés

The weekly shift plan on everyone’s phone; vacation shows right in the plan.

Office

Clock in from a phone or computer, vacation requests and a ready timesheet at month end.

No more paper timesheets

Before

  • Paper timesheets and signatures at month end
  • Hours and overtime recounted by hand
  • Vacation tracked in messages and memory
  • Hours retyped into the payroll software

Now

  • Card or phone clock-in — the system sets the time
  • Overtime and holiday pay add themselves up
  • A request from the app, a decision with one button
  • Close the month — a ready payroll file

How to start

  1. Sign up A regular account on the website, a couple of minutes.
  2. Create a company Add employees and categories: rate, taxes and overtime rules.
  3. Hand out codes Employees install the app and connect with a code; cards are linked at the reader.

How much time you will save

Try your own numbers: how many people, and how many minutes a week go on paper timesheets and recounting hours.

— hours a month freed up

An estimate from your numbers, not a promise: the card at the door and the app remove manual entry, while checking and “To payroll” stay with the accountant.

Pricing

Priced per company — however many people it has, up to 50 employees. Renewals are added to your term; no paid day is lost.

FAQ

What happens after 30 days if I don't pay?

The accountant's workspace closes until payment. Employees keep clocking in at the door and in the app — no shift is lost, and everything is there after payment.

Do employees have to buy anything?

No. The app for employees is free. Only the company pays, for the subscription.

What if an employee has no card?

Everyone has a ten-digit personal code: it's shown in the app and to the accountant, and typed at the door. Employees can change their code once a week.

What if someone forgets to clock out?

After 16 hours the accountant and the employee get a reminder. The end time is never guessed — it's entered, so no invented hours end up in the pay.

How many employees can one company have?

Up to 50 on the regular subscription. If you need more, write to us and we'll raise the limit by agreement.

Where is the data stored?

On our website. The app works offline too: shifts are saved on the phone and sent to the accountant when the connection is back.
