Questions about the engine — on the forum

Installation, setup, bugs, modules — all of this is read on the forum, where the studio answers and the answer stays for others. There is a section for each module in the "Modules" category. How to report a bug so that it gets fixed quickly is explained in a separate topic.

Purchases, licences, moving — by email

support@nex1on.com — for questions about buying and renewing a licence, moving a key to another domain, deleting an account, and business proposals.

Vulnerabilities — by email only

Found a hole in the engine? Write to support@nex1on.com, not on the forum. We will fix it and tell the story once the fix is out.
